THe Sitar is the BEST restaraunt in town. Period. The authtentic Indian cuisine is simply out of this world. There is no other place in Charleston - or any other part of this are - where one can get such delicious, healthy, and interesting food. The family-run restaraunt offers a variety of vegetarian, chicken, beef, seafood, and lamb dishes as well as unique breads and rices. If you have never had Indian food before, the owner of the restaraunt is warm and will help you choose your menu. It is such a jewel in Charleston. You must definitely make the trip.
